Enhancement to Licensing module.
Subscription Info is view able from Backoffice via a Subscription Info link.
Ability to set a user to use which type of license; Standard or Trial (if trial license is provided).
Enhancement to user permission. A new Permission Role is rolled out for controlling permissions for groups of user. With Permission Roles, you can define different permission settings for different groups of user. Each user will need to be parked under a Permission Role.

Added Customer Tags. You can now assign tags such as ‘VIP’, ‘F&B’, ‘Good Credit’ etc to any customers for categorizing your customers.
- The tags can also be used to control who have permission to access these tagged customers when you assign tags to a Permission role. So a Permission role can be set to only have access to certain tagged customers.
- This can be set at Control Panel > Company Settings > Customer Settings

Upgrade of Backoffice core framework. The entire backoffice website has been upgraded to using latest versions of framework technologies. The user interface remain unchanged however. This provide for much better stability and performance.
Enhancement to user permission. A new Mobile App permission setting page is rolled out for a more granular control of permission in app. This replaces the old User Modules page in Company Settings.

Launch new improved Export Function for Customer, Opportunities, Requests and Activities modules. This new improved Export Function allow you to setup the export file format by choosing which fields to export, rename the field and sort them to meet your need.
- A new Export Data Setup setting page accessible from Control Panel.
- Uncheck to remove. Field name can be renamed and sorting can be set.
- Check to add field.
The Export button of the 4 modules will have multiple options;
- export standard based on selected fields.

- export full format with all system fields. This is useful for importing into another Reporting/BI database for data analysis.
