Customer/Location

Adding customer relationship

  1. Select Control Panel > Master Data Setup from the side menu
  2. on SALES MANAGEMENT section, scroll down to Customer/Location section and click on the CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP button
  3. Fill up name of customer relationship as desired
  4. Click on + ADD button to add this customer relationship to your existing list.

Editing customer relationship

  1. Click on the name of customer relationship that you want to edit
  2. Click on the checklist button once you have finished editing or close button to cancel editing
  3. Click on Remove button to remove the selected customer relationship
  4. Click on CLOSE button once you have finished editing

Activity

To avoid confusion on activity priority, we allow you to edit the priority level of each activity.

Adding activity priority level

  1. Select Control Panel > Master Data Setup from the side menu
  2. on SALES MANAGEMENT section, scroll down to Activity section and click on the ACTIVITY PRIORITY button
  3. Fill up name of activity priority level, and sequence of this level as desired
  4. Click on + ADD  button to add this priority level to your existing list.

Editing activity priority level

  1. Click on the name or sequence of the activity priority level to edit the content
  2. Click on the checklist button once you have finished editing or close button to cancel editing
  3. Click on Remove button to remove selected priority level.
  4. Click on CLOSE button once you have finished editing

Sales Opportunity

Leads source options

Adding lead source
  1. Select Control Panel > Master Data Setup from the side menu
  2. on SALES MANAGEMENT section, scroll down to Sales Opportunity section and click on the LEADS SOURCE button
  3. Fill up name of lead source as desired
  4. Click on + ADD  button to add this lead source to your existing list.
Editing lead source
  1. Click on the name of the lead source to edit the content
  2. Click on the checklist button once you have finished editing or close button to cancel editing
  3. Click on Remove button to remove selected lead source
  4. Click on CLOSE button once you have finished editing

Sales category options

Adding sales category
  1. Select Control Panel > Master Data Setup from the side menu
  2. on SALES MANAGEMENT section, scroll down to Sales Opportunity section and click on the SALES CATEGORY button
  3. Fill up name of sales category as desired
  4. Click on + ADD  button to add this sales category to your existing list.
Editing sales category
  1. Click on the name of the sales category to edit the content
  2. Click on the checklist button once you have finished editing or close button to cancel editing
  3. Click on Remove button to remove selected sales category
  4. Click on CLOSE button once you have finished editing

Sales stage options

Adding sales stage
  1. Select Control Panel > Master Data Setup from the side menu
  2. on SALES MANAGEMENT section, scroll down to Sales Opportunity section and click on the SALES STAGE button
  3. Fill up name of sales stage as desired
  4. Click on + ADD  button to add this sales stage to your existing list.
Editing sales stage
  1. Click on the name of the sales stage to edit the content
  2. Click on the checklist button once you have finished editing or close button to cancel editing
  3. Click on Remove button to remove selected sales stage
  4. Click on CLOSE button once you have finished editing

Sales sub category options

Adding sales sub category
  1. Select Control Panel > Master Data Setup from the side menu
  2. on SALES MANAGEMENT section, scroll down to Sales Opportunity section
  3. Select the category where you want to add the sales sub category to
  4. Click on SALES SUB CATEGORY button
  5. Fill up name of sales category as desired
  6. Click on + ADD  button to add this sales sub category to your existing list.
Editing sales sub category
  1. Select the category where you want to edit the sales sub category in
  2. Click on SALES SUB CATEGORY button
  3. Click on the name of the sales sub category to edit the content
  4. Click on the checklist button once you have finished editing or close button to cancel editing
  5. Click on Remove button to remove selected sales sub category
  6. Click on CLOSE button once you have finished editing

Winning probability options

Adding winning probability level
  1. Select Control Panel > Master Data Setup from the side menu
  2. on SALES MANAGEMENT section, scroll down to Sales Opportunity section and click on the WINNING PROBABILITY button
  3. Fill up name of winning probability level, and drag the winning percentage slider for the corresponding name
  4. Click on + ADD button to add your new expense type to the list

Editing winning probability level

  1. Click on the name of the winning probability level that you wish to edit
  2. Click on the winning percentage and adjust the slider as desired
  3. Click on Remove button to remove selected winning probability level
  4. Click on CLOSE button once you have finished editing.

Expenses

Adding custom type expense

  1. Select Control Panel > Master Data Setup from the side menu
  2. on SALES MANAGEMENT section, scroll down to Expenses section and click on the EXPENSE CUSTOM TYPE button
  3. Fill up name of expense type, and sequence of this expense type as desired
  4. Tick the necessary custom options
  5. Click on ADD button to add your new expense type to the list

Editing custom type expense

  1. Click on the name or sequence of the expense type to edit the content
  2. Click on the checklist button once you have finished editing or close button to cancel editing
  3. Click on Remove button to remove selected priority level.
  4. Click on CLOSE button once you have finished editing

Service Management

  2. on SERVICE MANAGEMENT section, scroll down to Request section and click on the REQUEST STATUS SETTINGS button
  3. click on SETUP CUSTOM STATUS button 
  4. fill up the custom status name, and sequence as desired
  5. click on + ADD button to add the new custom status to your existing list
Editing custom request status
  1. Click on the name or sequence of request status that you want to edit
  2. Click on the checklist button once you have finished editing or close button to cancel editing
  3. Click on Remove button to remove the selected customer relationship
  4. Click on CLOSE button once you have finished editing

Request Workflow Settings

  1. Select Control Panel > Master Data Setup from the side menu
  2. on SERVICE MANAGEMENT section, scroll down to Request section and click on the REQUEST WORKFLOW SETTINGS button
  3. click on SETUP CATEGORY button 
  4. fill up the custom category name as desired
  5. click on + ADD button to add the new custom category to your existing list

  1. Click on the name of the category that you want to edit

  3. Click on Remove button to remove the selected category

Sub category

  3. click on CREATE SUB CATEGORY button 
  4. fill up the required form as desired
  5. click on CREATE button to add the new custom sub category to your existing lis

  4. Click on CLOSE button once you have finished editing

Expenses

Adding invoice forecast brand
  1. Select Control Panel > Master Data Setup from the side menu
  2. on SALES MANAGEMENT section, scroll down to General section and click on the INVOICE FORECAST BRAND button
  3. Fill up name of brand, and sequence of this brand as desired
  4. Click on ADD button to add your new brand to the list
Editing invoice forecast brand
  1. Click on the name or sequence of the brand to edit the content
  2. Click on the checklist button once you have finished editing or close button to cancel editing
  3. Click on Remove button to remove selected brand.
  4. Click on CLOSE button once you have finished editing

Invoice forecast product group

  3. Fill up name of brand, and sequence of this brand as desired
  4. Click on ADD button to add your new brand to the list

  1. Click on the name or sequence of the brand to edit the content
  2. Click on the checklist button once you have finished editing or close button to cancel editing
  3. Click on Remove button to remove selected brand.
  4. Click on CLOSE button once you have finished editing
